Microsoft has recently announced officially, the arrival of new search engine , called Bing.
What makes Bing Different ?
According to Microsoft’s spokesman “People do not need another search engine” rather “People need a decision engine.” and BING is a decision engine not another search engine.
According to Microsoft BING will help people make decisions in shopping, traveling, finding best hotels etc. not just search them.
People will be able to see comparisons and even predictions about price changes and climate etc. , and hence help them make better decision.
BING is not live yet but Microsoft has created no much enough excitement about it. Previously, Microsoft has recently launched a new social media platform Vine and now this search engine or decision engine, Microsoft is really up to something !, let’s see.

There has been much controversy on The Concept of God and Religion by atheists, this blog post is not aimed to put my views into the conversation nor this blog is a good place for this kind of discussion. However, following video is ,I believe is good and thought provoking for religious people as well atheists. Although I disagree with some or many points in this video but I have saved this video here as it rises and answers some good questions. If you have any particular view point regarding the stuff in this video, you can place your comments below.
I think there is a need of better comparative religion studies in order to find out which religions are more logical than others and how there teachings are applicable to modern world.

I just read the following excerpt from the book Tribes by Seth Godins and I just can’t resist the temptation to share:
Managers manage by using the authority the factory gives them. You listen to your manager or you lose your job. A manager can’t make change because that’s not his job. His job is to complete tasks assigned to him by someone else in the factory.
Leaders, on the other hand, don’t care very much for organizational structure or the official blessing of whatever factory they work for. They use passion and ideas to lead people as opposed to using threats and bureaucracy to manage them. Leaders must become aware of how the organization works, because this awareness allows them to change it.
